| On October 27, 2005, Mr. Hallock was awarded an outstanding trial lawyer award by the Consumer attorneys. Mr. Hallock tried a case on behalf of five clients who operated arch support stores organized as franchise locations, but not registered as franchises. The case involved anti-trust, unregistered franchise and fraud issues. The jury's $17,000,000.00 verdict was reduced to $16,000,000.00 and thereafter the matter settled. | ||||||||||||||
